Università di Firenze (Florence)
(Outgoing Program)
View of the Ponte Vecchio (Florence, Italy)
Florence is magical. A provincial city that nonetheless feels like a sophisticated cultural capital, it boasts world-class art and architecture from centuries past, while pulsing with the everyday energy of businesspeople heading to work and students to class. The cuisine is wonderful, and so are the views, including the city's quintessential red roofs and Brunelleschi's magnificent 15th-century brick dome. The city of Florence will capture your heart while the Università di Firenze becomes your intellectual and linguistic home-away-from home.
