Fall 2023 Study Abroad Events Calendar
Please join us for the following Study Abroad events!
Study Abroad Browsing Session (Academic Year, Semester and Maymester Programs):
Tuesday, September 5, 2023 from 5-7 PM in the Beehive at the Performing Arts Center
Students who studied abroad last year (returnees) will be happy to answer your questions and share information about their host country/program.
Country and/or regional Information sessions:
Will take place between September 11-28, 2023 Fall 2023 SA Info Session Schedule
Passport Day Drop-In:
Wednesday, October 4, 2023 from 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM in Smith 215 (Study Abroad Conference Room)
Study Abroad staff will be available to give guidance on filling out first time passport applications as well as renewal applications and we will be able to take your official passport-size photos (2) for a $5 fee (cash only - exact amount please!)
2024-2025 Academic Year and Semester Program Applications
Application portal opens: Friday, 8 September 2023 and closes at 11:59 PM on Sunday, 19 November 2023
Faculty recommendation letters: Faculty to upload letters to Study Abroad applications by Friday, 1 December 2023
