Study Abroad Passport Day

Please note that the date and time of the Passport Day has been changed to Wednesday, 4 October 2023 from 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM (still in Smith 215)

Study Abroad will host a Passport Day on Tuesday, 3 October 2023 from 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM in the Study Abroad conference room, Smith 215.

Passport application forms will be available for:

• New applications - Form DS11 (applying for first U.S. passport, or were under the age of 16 when your last passport was issued)
• Renewal applications - Form DS-82 (at least 16 when recent U.S. passport issued; can submit most recent U.S. passport with application)

Photos:  

• Staff can take and process two 2x2 regulation sized passport photos to take with you​
• Fee:  $5 cash only (exact amount please)

We will offer guidance on filling out forms and how to make an online appointment for new applications with a local post office or passport processing center.
