IN CASE OF EMERGENCY

    2. IntlSOS Assistance App (available for smart phones)

  1. Contact information for your on-site advisor is listed on the program page included with this manual, as well as in pre-departure/orientation materials. Local emergency numbers for police, ambulance, fire, etc. are provided on the program page and pre-departure/orientation materials and can be easily found online. Be sure to save these numbers in your contacts so they are easily accessible in case of an emergency.

If you need to contact us after normal business hours, you may also call the Holy Cross Public Safety Office at 508-793-2222. This is a 24-hour emergency number at the College of the Holy Cross. Please give them your name, academic institution abroad, telephone number where you can be reached, and describe the nature of the emergency and the student(s) involved. Public Safety will be able to contact Study Abroad staff (directors), who will return your call and assist you.
